Metalphoto® Aluminum

Metalphoto® Aluminum is used to create special anodized aluminum nameplates and control panels featuring high-resolution images. The Metalphoto® marking process is a unique imaging process that provides highly defined images, serialized data and machine readable barcodes.

A photo imaging process is used to create an extremely durable mark on Metalphoto® Aluminum plates. These plates have been tested for up to two decades of exposure to UV rays and are proven to last when exposed to tough weather conditions.

One of the qualities that makes Metalphoto® Aluminum durable is the protective layer used over the images and print, making it difficult to deface and not prone to fading. Nameplates Division produces metal nameplates used for industrial, commercial, and military purposes. Military specifications are easily met due to the precision by which these plates are made and the inherent durability.

While Metalphoto® Aluminum can accommodate both colored and black prints, only black images have the extended durability that comes with photosensitive plates. Black imaged plates are typically used outdoors while colored plates are better suited for indoor use.
